I generally avoid Paleo baked goods and similar treats due to the added sweeteners and the inflammation and habits they incite. The “sweets” in our home consist primarily of whole fruits (both fresh and dried), an occasional bit of LoveBean Fudge and honey in our tea.
This recipe changed that.
Moist and tasty, just like regular banana bread – but without any grains OR added sweeteners! I’ve made it twice now, the second time adding some raisins for good measure.
My family loves this so much I just had to let George know via Facebook that his creation was a huge hit:
“Holy wow, George! Abel was right – this is the best (Paleo) banana bread EVER!!
So glad I still have a use for my mixer besides making coconut milk ice cream.
Made a loaf today and between me, my husband and son – it’s GONE! LOL :D”
